Emma Rydal, (winner of the Audience Choice Award with 'One Last Walk' in 2010), has produced her piece as a 30 minute screenplay with her newly formed Cumbrian based theatre & film company. Emma Rydal, winner of the Audience Choice Award in 2010 with 'One Last Walk', has developed her play in to a one-act piece, renamed 'True'. This was accepted in to the 24:7 Festival (2011) and saw a rehearsed reading in Manchester by Maxine Peake, Brigit Forsyth & Roberta Kerr. It was later performed by Emma & Roberta Kerr at the 24:7, winning the Audience Choice Award and an Equity Award. Emma founded her own theatre & film company to stage this production, 'La'al Marra Productions'.

In April 2011 Andy Moseley, one of the 2010 finalists, won a new writing award at a one-act play festival held at the Orange Tree Theatre in Richmond, Surrey. Andy won the award for a half hour version of his Ovation entry 'A Bridge Game Too Far'.
